The online coaching is not a fixed program. It is individual. It is for you.
What you get:
- High quality instructional videos of warm ups, tutorials, movement phrases and improvisations
- Individual trainings plan
- Possibility of being in contact with me via email, text or video call every week for feedback
The videos are mainly recorded material. I have a large pool of already existing material but also make new videos based on the level and needs of the students. You will be able to keep the videos for ever so you also can use them after the coaching period is over.
The structure of the plan will be dynamic which means it can adapt to everything else what is happening in your life. Illness, job problems, bad night of sleep etc.
Depending on your goal 3-4 training session per week are highly suggested.
In the beginning of the week I will send you your training schedule and the training videos. Then you start practicing and towards the end of the week you send me the videos of your work. I will analize your practice and then send you feedback and the new plan for the next week.
